Ellen Kirkegaard

Ellen Kirkegaard’s passion for real estate was born from her own experience of buying and selling homes throughout different stages in her life. She can relate to her customers, whether it’s the excitement of finding a house for a growing family or downsizing after becoming an empty nester and selling a beloved family home. As a real estate advisor, Ellen enjoys guiding people through one of the biggest transactions they will make.

Before real estate, Ellen wore many hats as a graphic artist, public relations liaison, stay-at-home mom, and running a marketing/branding business with her husband. Her strong business background and intimate knowledge of the industry allow her to find the perfect deal or solution for each customer. Relying on unique individual strengths and interpersonal skills she’s developed over the course of years, she strives to create a boutique experience to protect clients’ interests, needs and dreams. She’s by your side long after the deal is done.

Born and raised in the Milwaukee metro area, and is a University of Wisconsin-Whitewater alum. She and her husband Hans were longtime residents of Elm Grove where they raised their three daughters. Ellen splits her time between Milwaukee and Sarasota where she is also a licensed Realtor. She and her husband, love spending time with their three grown daughters, traveling, hiking, dining at local chef run restaurants and entertaining friends on their pontoon boat. Ellen is a member of the Greater Milwaukee Association of REALTORS and REALTOR® Association of Sarasota and Manatee. She continues to win the Five Star Professional Award annually.
