Kim Devine

FOUNDER & LEAD AGENT

With over 25 years in real estate, much of Kim’s passion and interpersonal skills stem from her time running a full-service bakery and coffee house. Working there before she became a real estate agent, she fell in love with the day-to-day rhythm of interacting with customers and managing employees. Kim also adored the feeling of becoming interwoven into the community.

As with her work life, Kim’s home life consists of close bonds and compassion. She and her husband Ryan have two wonderful college boys, Cameron and Cooper, and a yellow lab named Winnie. They reside in Brookfield, where Kim enjoys creating a warm, welcoming home. In addition to spending time with her family, Kim loves immersing herself in design and home decor, exploring flea markets for unique finds, and traveling whenever she can—especially to places with mountains or ocean views.

Kim leads Team Devine with passion and precision. She and her team are committed to serving their clients to the highest level, delivering excellence at every step.
