"Kim is an absolutely phenomenal realtor! She worked with me and my husband as we sold our home and purchased our current one. We had many unusual things come up when purchasing our new house; Kim was extremely knowledgeable and helped us through some tricky situations. Kim went above and beyond, helping answer our questions and making sure we felt comfortable throughout the entire process. We 100% trusted Kim‘s expertise when it came to buying a new home. I have and will continue to recommend Kim to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home!”

"We recently relocated from St. Louis to Milwaukee and had the pleasure of working with Ellen for our new home purchase. We had only visited a handful of times prior, and really needed someone tech-savvy to help us better solidify our choice in both a new home and neighborhood. Ellen was very personal and highly responsive. She was able to give us live showings of some properties, and recorded them for us to view later if our schedules were too busy. Once we had an accepted offer, Ellen even attended the home inspection on our behalf so we didn't have to make the six hour trip. The process was really seamless and Ellen always provided us with as much information as she could obtain prior to us making any offers. We would love to work with her again someday!"

"We have used Ellen Kirkegaard three times in the past few years. For the sale of our home, Ellen worked tirelessly to plan for the sale, get the house staged and prepare us for the sale process. We had an over asking price offer within days of listing. She then took through closing without a hitch. Her knowledge and dedication are incredible. We then used Ellen to purchase two condos. I would highly recommend Ellen for any sale or purchase."
